Free webinar 29th Sept @13:00 CEST: The Bowtie Dialogue Kit

What if your risk assessments were continuously re-assessed by your teams?

  • And, every voice was heard in the process?
  • And, you had real-time feedback on concerns and uncertainties?
  • And, it supported your project in a strong, shared culture of commitment?
  • And, you could also do it online, during Covid-19?

Bowtie Dialogue Kit strongly supports this ‘dream scenario’ in complex projects across industries. It was developed through trials and testing, with large global clients and CGE Risk, and you can hear more about it in our webinar tomorrow at 13:00 CEST. Go here for the dedicated website with a link to join the webinar, either tomorrow, 29th September or later on 6th November 2020 >> https://bowtiedialoguekit.com/join-a-webinar/

Investigating DIFFERENTLY – 26-28 January 2021

Grab this opportunity to upskill your ability to create deeper learning through incident investigation, independent of any specific methodology for incident analysis.

Rather than focusing on methodology, this training combines more than three decades of industry experience with the most prominent thinking in contemporary safety science, enabling participants to move beyond human error and identify deeper levels of organisational behaviour that shaped individual performance.

Delivering this training is a partnership with Marcian Tessin – NewView Consulting. We call it “INVESTIGATING DIFFERENTLY”.

The training runs 26-28 January 2021.

For more information, visit our website or contact Marcian Tessin or Lisbeth Holberg directly. You can also sign up for our Newsletter to get more information about activites and upcoming open trainings.

Come feel how we work at our speak/workshop at the “Functional Safety” conference 19-20 November!

We have a 45 min speak on the 20th November, in Danish, titled: “Ulykker – Hvordan lærer vi bedst af dem?”. We talk about how to best learn from incidents, providing you with tools for reflecting learnings into our organisation and teams – how can electricians learn from chemists? and the other way around? This will give you teams and people who engage in implementing meaningful and powerful actions and support a proactive safety culture. See more about the conference here: https://fscph.com/da/fscph19/
